Restaurant reporting, built from your QuickBooks data

This application connects to QuickBooks Online to prepare restaurant financial reports and KPI dashboards for The Kitchen CPAs and the restaurant clients they serve.

What it does

• Connects securely to a restaurant's QuickBooks Online company file
• Reads the accounting data needed to prepare the agreed reports
• Calculates the KPIs used in The Kitchen CPAs' existing reporting process
• Presents results in a dashboard, organized by client and reporting period
• Produces plain-language summaries of the calculated figures
• Allows reports to be downloaded as CSV or XLSX files

Access

This is a private application. Access is limited to authorized users at The Kitchen CPAs and the restaurant clients they have onboarded. There is no public sign-up or self-serve registration.

How your data is handled

Accounting data is read from QuickBooks Online with your authorization and stored in a private, encrypted cloud environment. It is used only to prepare your reports. It is never sold, and it is not shared with advertisers or other third parties.

You can disconnect the QuickBooks connection at any time from within QuickBooks Online, or by contacting us. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is collected, where it is held, and how to request deletion.
